My name is Rick Cavins and I am a Illinois licensed home inspector with Pinnacle Property Inspections. I contribute my job performance to my 25 years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, both residential and commercial. I have worked in all aspects of construction from foundations to roofs. My areas of expertise are in concrete, foundations, piers, posts, and carpentry. I have lived in the Chicagoland area my entire life, and presently reside in the Northern Chicago area. I perform every home inspection with the understanding this will be the biggest investment you will make. I will use my experience to describe the home in detail and walk you through the inspection process. I take hundreds of photographs for each inspection, along with thermal imaging, and give a complete inspection report sent to you by email.
